BOOKING TERMS
- Booking confirmation will be provided within 24 hours of receiving the booking request.
- Within 24 hours of booking confirmation 100% payment advance to be made.
- Booking confirmation (receipt) will be provided after receipt of advance payment only.
- All guests are required to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity address proof card e.g. Driving License, Passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as photo identity.
- GSC Bank reserves the right to cancel a booking without assigning any reason. In such case 100% of the amount paid by the guest will be refunded within 7 working days.
- GSC Bank reserves the right to change the charges without any prior intimation.
CANCELLATION / REFUND
- 100 % Charge will be deducted if cancellation is done less than 72 hours from check in Date & Time.
- 50 % Refund will be granted if cancellation is done more than 72 hours from check in Date & Time.
- Subject to Ahmedabad Jurisdiction.
